The Friends of Flagstaff National Monuments works with the National Park Service to assist in several important projects not funded through federal sources. 

  • Research projects and displays such as ancient Wupatki ceramics, dinosaur tracks, Walnut Canyon rock art, and Mexican Spotted Owls.
  • Transportation for Coconino County, Navajo Nation, and Hopi Tribe schools.
  • Fuel reimbursement for student volunteers who help with staffing.
  • Special events such as Poetry in the Park, Yoga in the Monuments, and more.
